Everest Industries Ltd Grants 170000 Options under Employee Stock Option Scheme-2015

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Everest Industries Ltd at its meeting held on January 13, 2016 have granted 1,70,000 options under ESOS-2015 to the eligible employees of the Company.

Shares of EVEREST INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.245 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 260.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10723 in over 492 trades.
