Polaris Consulting & Services Limited approves allotment of Equity shares under ASOP

The Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of Directors of Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd vide its circular resolution approved on January 13, 2016 has approved, the allotment of 5,000 numbers of Equity Shares of Rs.5/- each to 2 (Two) Associates under ASOP 2003 Scheme and 6,950 numbers of Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each to 5 (Five) Associates under ASOP 2011 Scheme.
