Sree Rayalaseema Alkalies & Allied Chemicals Ltd allots 13095272 warrants

The Board Allotment Committee of Sree Rayalaseema Alkalies & Allied Chemicals Ltd in its meeting held on January 13, 2016 has allotted 1,30,95,272 Convertible Share Warrants at an issue price of Rs. 17.02/- per warrant in compliance of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009. The said warrants issued in 3 Tranches (1st Tranche : 41,43,202, 2nd Tranche : 43,61,265 & 3rd Tranche: 45,90,805) will be converted into Equity Shares in the ratio of 1:1 during financial years 2015-16, 2016-17 & 2017-18 within a period of 18 Months from the date of allotment of warrants.
