Vijaya Bank to raise Rs. 500 crore through BASEL - III Complaint Unsecured Non Convertible Redeemable Tier - II BONDS

Vijaya Bank to raise Rs. 500 crore through BASEL - III Complaint Unsecured Non Convertible Redeemable Tier - II BONDSAs per the powers delegated by the Board, Vijaya Bank has decided to raise Basel III Compliant Tier -II Bonds amounting to Rs.500 Crore by way of Private Placement.

The Bank has received ratings of "ICRA AA+ (hyb)" with stable outlook by ICRA Ltd and "CARE AA+" by CARE Ltd for the proposed issue of the said Bonds.

Shares of VIJAYA BANK was last trading in BSE at Rs.31.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 31.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 50005 in over 344 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 32.15 and intraday low of 31. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1581074.
