Federal Bank Ltd approves allotment of 261215 shares under ESOS 2010

As authorized by the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee, Federal Bank Ltd has allotted 2,61,215 (Two Lakh sixty one thousand two hundred and fifteen only) Equity Shares with face value of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank to the Option Grantees upon exercise of stock options under the Bank's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2010.
