Union Bank of India announces resignation of Company Secretary

Mrs. Neha Agrawal has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and services of Union Bank of India.

Her resignation has been accepted by the Competent Authority w.e.f. December 31, 2015 and she is relieved at the close of office hours on December 30, 2015.

Shares of UNION BANK OF INDIA was last trading in BSE at Rs.150.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 148.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 411170 in over 3390 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 152 and intraday low of 147.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 61789753.
