Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd approves allotment of 16898 Equity Shares under ESOS, 2006

Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has allotted 16,898 equity shares of Rs. 10 each on December 28, 2015, pursuant to exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2006. All the said Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all respects.

The paid up share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 1,30,17,32,820 (13,01,73,282 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each) to Rs. 1,30,19,01,800 (13,01,90,180 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each).

Shares of ADITYA BIRLA NUVO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2077.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2086.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5730 in over 722 trades.
