SSK Lifestyles Ltd approves allotment of 2619500 Equity Shares

The Board of Directors of SSK Lifestyles Ltd at its meeting held on December 24, 2015 allotted 26,19,500 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Non-promoters on preferential basis.

Pursuant to this allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company was increased from Rs. 7,11,97,000/- to Rs. 9,73,92,000/-.
