Yes Bank Ltd approves allotment of 177750 Shares

Yes Bank Ltd has allotted 1,77,750 (One Lac Seventy Seven Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on December 23, 2015 under the JESOPII, JESOP IV, JESOP V and PESOP II - 2010 Plans.

The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,19,32,14,450 consisting of 41,93,21,445 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,19,49,91,950 consisting of 41,94,99,195 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of YES BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.725.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 725. The total number of shares traded during the day was 99329 in over 2934 trades.
