Marathon Nextgen Realty Ltd allots 9479115 bonus shares

The "Allotment Committee" of Marathon Nextgen Realty Ltd, at its meeting held on December 23, 2015 has approved the allotment of Bonus Shares consisting of 94,79,115 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to the eligible shareholders at a proportion of One New Equity Share for every Two Shares held as on the Record date (December 22,2015).
