NIIT Technologies Ltd approves allotment of 18000 shares under the ESOP Scheme

The ESOP Share Allotment Committee of NIIT Technologies Ltd has allotted 18,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each in accordance with the terms of ESOP 2005, on December 22, 2015. Consequent to the said allotment the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up to 61,138,399 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs. 611,383,990 /-
