Venus Remedies Ltd updates on preferential issue

The Board of Directors of Venus Remedies Ltd have reconsidered the relevant dates in its meeting held on December 19, 2015, for the preferential issue of nine lacs equity shares which was approved in shareholders meeting dated August 25, 2015. The relevant dates have been taken as December 17, 2014 for the issue under CDR order and July 24, 2015 for non CDR issue.
