Alicon Castalloy Limited approves allotment of 1256222 Shares

Pursuant to scheme of Arrangement between Atlas Castalloy Ltd. and Alicon Castalloy Ltd. as approved by the Hon'ble Bombay High Court, the Company has on 18/12/2015 allotted fully paid 12,56,222 Equity Shares of Rs.5/- each to the Equity shareholders of Atlas Castalloy Ltd.

Shares of Alicon Castalloy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.348.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 341.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1164 in over 64 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 355 and intraday low of 343.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 404410.
