Tech Mahindra Ltd approves allotment of 313658 shares

The Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Tech Mahindra Ltd on November 23, 2015 has passed resolution for issue and allotment of a total of 313658 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants.

9382 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000, 11200 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006 and 200000 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010.

64076 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013 and 29000 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU.

Shares of TECH MAHINDRA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.537.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 534.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 55403 in over 2056 trades.
