Capital First Ltd allots Non Convertible Debentures worth Rs. 15 crores

The Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd vide Resolution passed by Circulation on October 23, 2015, approved the allotment of Listed, Rated, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures.

The Company has fully raised Rs. 15,00,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Crores Only) by issue of NCD's on private placement basis.

The Debenture Committee vide Resolution passed by Circulation on October 23, 2015 has approved allotment of 150 NCDs having the Face Value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lacs Only) each.

The said NCDs shall be listed on National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

Shares of CAPITAL FIRST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.380 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 387.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8954 in over 396 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 393.75 and intraday low of 378. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3435147.
