JSL Industries Ltd allots 6% Non Convertible Non Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares

The Board of Directors of JSL Industries Ltd vide circular resolution effective October 23, 2015, has allotted 50,000 - 6% Non Convertible Non Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 200/- (Rupees two Hundred Only) each per shares (including premium of Rs. 100/- per shares) to Navrachana Educational Resources Limited, pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the Members of the Company at their Annual General Meeting held on Septmber 22, 2015.
