Valecha Engineering Board recommends 1:2 bonus issue

Valecha Engineering Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Bonus in the ratio of 1 share for every 2 shares held.

The stock was trading at Rs.296.85, down by Rs.13.70 or 4.41%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.321 and low of Rs.290. The total traded quantity was 140557 compared to 2 week average of 51781.
