Maral Overseas to raise funds through rights issue

Maral Overseas Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, has decided to raise funds up to Rs 22 Crores through the issue of equity shares on Rights Basis. The share ratio and price per share for the rights issue will be decided by the Board / Committee and announced at a later date, in compliance with the relevant guidelines, and approvals.
