Dhunseri Tea Board approves merger of Tezpore Tea Co. Ltd

Dhunseri Tea & Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, has approved 'in principle' merger of M/s Tezpore Tea Co. Ltd. with the Company, subject to further review and appointed valuer and other advisers to assist the Company in the process.

The stock was trading at Rs.71.55, down by Rs.0.05 or 0.07%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.73.95 and low of Rs.71.50. The total traded quantity was 130 compared to 2 week average of 8362.
