UTI Bank Ltd has announced that the Registrar of Companies, on July 30, 2007, has issued a fresh certificate of incorporation to the Bank in the name of "Axis Bank Ltd". With this, the name of "UTI Bank Ltd" has been changed to "Axis Bank Ltd" with effect from July 30, 2007.
The stock was trading at Rs.615.15, up by Rs.6.40 or 1.05%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.616.50 and low of Rs.600. The total traded quantity was 80276 compared to 2 week average of 99347.
