Setco Automotive Updates on Outcome of Board Meeting

With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 25, 2007, regarding Outcome of Board Meeting, wherein in point no 1 it was mentioned, to increase the Authorised Share Capital of the Company to "Rs 25 Crore", Setco Automotive Ltd has further clarified that "the amount should be read as "Rs 50 crore". This was a typographical error.
