Sirpur Paper Board recommends 35% dividend

Sirpur Paper Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 28, 2007, has recommended a dividend @ 35% i.e. Rs 3.50 per share on ordinary shares of the Rs 10 each fully paid.
