JBM Auto Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 28, 2007, inter alia, has recommended the issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:2 i.e. One Bonus Share each for Two Equity shares held, subject to the approval by the shareholders.
The stock closed on Friday at Rs.69, down by Rs.1.30 or 1.85%. The total traded quantity was 8384 compared to 2 week average of 8190. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.70.50 and low of Rs.68.
