Sundaram Multi Pap approves Scheme of Amalgamation

Sundaram Multi Pap Ltd has announced that the Court convened meeting of the Equity Share Holders, Secured Creditors and Unsecured Creditors of the Company for the Scheme of Amalgamation of Vidarbha Paper Mills Ltd, Sihora Paper Mills Ltd with the Company, the Equity Share Holders, Secured Creditors and Unsecured Creditors have approved the Scheme with required majority.
