Ugar Sugar defers Rights Issue

Ugar Sugar Works Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 28, 2007, has decided to defer the matter regarding Issue of Right Shares. It was decided to defer the matter for discussion till the next Board Meeting to be held on August 18, 2007.
