Mega Corporation acquires first aircraft - Swiss Make PILATUS PC-12

Mega Corporation Ltd has announced that the Company have now purchased their First Aircraft-Swiss Make PILATUS PC-12. It is a single Engine Aircraft and has a seating of 8 (Executive Style). The Aircraft is scheduled to land in India by August 07, 2007 and the Company expects to start the Charter Service by August 16, 2007. The Charter business of the Company will be run as a separate division: AIR MEGA.
Speaking on the development, Mr. Kunal Lalani, CMD, of the Company, "The demand for air charter exceeds far more than the current supply." He added that looking at the potential of charter services Air Mega is already planning to expand its fleet of aircrafts, to support the booming economy and infrastructure.
The stock closed on Friday at Rs.1.40, down by Rs.0.05 or 3.45%. The total traded quantity was 500 compared to 2 week average of 10300. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1.40 and low of Rs.1.40.
