Cigniti Technologies Ltd to approve QIP

The Board of Directors of Cigniti Technologies Ltd at its meeting held on September 30, 2015, has considered and approved the proposal to convene the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company on 28th October, 2015 for approval of QIP by members.

The Board sought approval to modify and incorporate additional details pertaining to Qualified Institutional Placement of Securities and to increase the Authorized share capital of the Company.
