Mukta Arts renews contract for 11 old films with Shemroo Entertainment Pvt Ltd

Mukta Arts Ltd has announced that the Company has renewed the assignment contract in respect of India Home Video Rights for its 11 old films with Shemroo Entertainment Pvt Ltd, for a period of five years w.e.f. March 21, 2008 for a consideration of Rs 3.25 crores.

The stock closed on Friday at Rs.81.65, down by Rs.2.30 or 2.74%. The total traded quantity was 10706 compared to 2 week average of 11149. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.82.75 and low of Rs.79.
