Greaves Cotton Board to consider final dividend

Greaves Cotton Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 07, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Annual Accounts of the Company for the financial year ended June 30, 2007. At the same Meeting, the Directors will also consider declaration of Final Dividend for the financial year 2006-07.
