Ceekay Daikin Board recommends 20% dividend

Ceekay Daikin Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 24, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend of 20%, subject to the approval of the members at the AGM.

The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 18, 2007 to September 22, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 22, 2007.
