Bhoruka Aluminium Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 15, 2007 to September 18, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 18, 2007.
