Everest Kanto fixes Record Date for stock split

Everest Kanto Cylinder Ltd has announced that August 28, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of sub-division / stock split of Rs 10/- per share of the Company into the shares of Rs 2/- each.
