ICRA to invest in ICRA Online Ltd and ICRA Techno Analytics Ltd

ICRA Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 26, 2007, has approved investments in its wholly owned Subsidiary Companies viz ICRA Online Ltd upto an amount not exceeding Rs 90 million and in ICRA Techno Analytics Ltd upto an amount not exceeding Rs 35 million.

The stock closed on Friday at Rs.1044.95, up by Rs.3.55 or 0.34%. The total traded quantity was 191833 compared to 2 week average of 340051. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1063 and low of Rs.992.
