Rohit Pulp & Paper Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 26, 2007, inter alia, has deferred the discussion on the proposed merger with M/s. Marathon Realty Ltd.

The stock closed on Friday at Rs.30.55, down by Rs.1.60 or 4.98%. The total traded quantity was 5250 compared to 2 week average of 15974. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.30.65 and low of Rs.30.55.
