Bilpower Board recommends 5% final dividend

Bilpower Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 26, 2007, inter alia, has decided that the Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007 includes interim dividend @10% and final dividend @5%. Final dividend shall be effective on approval by the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
