Sundaram Clayton Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 10, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To consider & approve the audited accounts of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend dividend, if any.
