Alstom Projects Q1 net at Rs.17.5 Crores, up 50.86% YoY

Alstom Projects India Ltd announced the Un-Audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.

The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 175 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 as compared to Rs 116 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2006. Total Income has increased from Rs 2305 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2006 to Rs 2500 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.

The company has reported an Earnings Per Share (EPS) of Rs.2.61 for the Quarter ending June 30, 2007 compared to Rs.1.74 for Quarter ending June 30, 2006.

The stock was trading at Rs.873, down by Rs.5.60 or 0.66%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.861.75 and low of Rs.832.65. The total traded quantity was 126537 compared to 2 week average of 202656.
