Vinati Organics Board to consider Bonus Issue

Vinati Organics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2007, to take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 and to consider the issue of bonus shares, if any, and to approve the duly modified notice convening the annual General Meeting for seeking approval of members for issue of Bonus Shares and also duly modified Directors Report incorporating issue of Bonus Shares, if any.
