SKM Egg Products Board to recommend dividend

SKM Egg Products Export India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2007 and un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 and also to recommend dividend on equity shares for the year ended March 31, 2007.
