MIC Electronics Board recommends 20% dividend

MIC Electronics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 24, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ 20% on equity share capital for the year 2006-2007, subject to the approval of share holders in the annual general meeting.
