Mukunda Industrial Finance Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 28, 2007 to September 03, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 03, 2007.
