Asian CERC fixes Book Closure for AGM

Asian CERC Information Technology Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 18, 2007 to September 20, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 20, 2007.
