Dagger Forst Tools Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on July 23, 2007 to decide and finalize the date of Opening and Closing of the proposed Composite Issue.
The Committee decided that the Rights Issue will be open for subscription on August 06, 2007 & close on September 05, 2007 and Follow on Public Issue will be open for subscription on August 27, 2007 & close on September 03, 2007.
