Ind Swift Laboratories Board to consider dividend

Ind Swift Laboratories Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To adopt Annual Audited Accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider declaration of dividend, if any, approved by the Board on the equity shares of the Company.
