Infotrek Syscom to form subsidiary for WEEE segment

With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 19, 2007 regarding the Company had given its assent for investment in refurbishing & recycling of electrical & electronic equipment (WEEE) segment, Infotrek Syscom Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 20, 2007, has decided to form a subsidiary to give effect to the above purpose subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
