Bajaj Auto equity shareholders & unsecured creditors to approve Scheme of Arrangement

Bajaj Auto Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Order made by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, separate meeting of the equity shareholders & unsecured creditors of the Company will be held on August 18, 2007, for considering and if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company, Bajaj Holdings & Investment Ltd & Bajaj Finserv Ltd and their respective shareholders & creditors.
