Megasoft Ltd appoints KMP

The Board of Directors of Megasoft Ltd at its meeting held on August 11, 2015, has approved the appointment of Mr Shridhar T as a Key Managerial Personnel in the capacity of CFO in terms of section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013. He is a MMS from the University of Bombay with over 25 years of multi-industry experience and has been with the company for over seven years.

Mr A Sathyamoorthy, a member of the ICSI, is appointed as Company secretary & Compliance Officer to comply with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Listing Agreement.

Shares of MEGASOFT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.7.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 7.61. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16226 in over 70 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 7.92 and intraday low of 7.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 122396.
