Menon Bearings Board Meeting on Jul 28, 2007 to consider results, merger

Menon Bearings Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 28, 2007, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2007. It has also been decided to consider merger of subsidiary Company with the Company in the said meeting.
