Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Board Meeting on Jul 31, 2007 to consider results, warrants conversion

1. To consider and take on record the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.

2. Conversion of (4) Four Lacs warrants of Rs 10/- each issued at a premium of Rs 119/- per warrant into (7) Seven Lacs equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 119/- per share.
