Harita Seating Board to consider final dividend

Harita Seating Systems Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 28, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To consider and approve the audited accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2007; and to recommend final dividend, if any, for the said year.

2. to consider the unaudited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2007.
